Terms & Conditions

  • Our standard payment terms unless otherwise agreed are 40% deposit payable on order, 50% interim payment upon completion of repairs and prep work (prior to coating) and then final 10% upon completion.
  • Client will provide to free of charge all necessary power and water.
  • Start dates and ongoing works are reliant on weather conditions and dependent upon the completion of prior contracts.
  • We will not be held liable for delays that are beyond our control eg the weather or a customer postponing projects to a later date etc
  • The top-coat textured finish will either be roller or spray applied in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The client is responsible for the removal of electrical items such as satellite dishes, external lights & alarm boxes. If removal of these items is not possible then we will carry out our works with these items in situ. Any pots, garden furniture, hanging baskets, water butts, trellis / climbing plants or any other obstacles that prevent works being carried out are also the responsibility of the client for removal. The applicator cannot be held responsible for any damages if the client has failed to remove such items and will only adhere to works noted on the client’s contract. 
  • All materials supplied, and work carried out is deemed the full ownership of our company until the contract sum is paid in full.
  • We reserve the right to charge any late payments with a fee of 7% interest of the outstanding balance per week until payment is made.
  • The colour applied may appear different from the sample colour chart dependent upon the texture chosen.
  • Access equipment, unless started, to keep the costs down, we have assumed that all works can be carried out using our own mobile scaffold towers, ladders, or other temporary access equipment. If we must hire in or use fixed (tied in) scaffolding, then we will advise on any additional costs as soon as possible.  
  • We cannot be held responsible for third-party scaffolding installations, we will endeavour to make sure they are erected and dismantled on time, but no guarantee can be given or implied regarding the scaffolding erection and dismantling coincides with the project of works.
  • If you opt to purchase The Insurance Backed Guarantee, please note that this replaces our Guarantee (in the unlikely event that our company ceases trading), which provides continuous cover for the client.
  • We request that we have your permission to use before and after photographs of your property, place an advertising board outside your home during the works and can use you as a reference if asked within a 7 day security deposit being placed.
  • Our standard rates are valid for 3 months and all deposits are non-refundable unless requested within the first 14 days of placing the order, at which time a 15% administration fee will be charged.
  • The Company shall GUARANTEE for a period of 15 years, the materials from the date of completion that, in the event of any chipping, flaking, peeling and penetrating damp, then the Company shall, upon production of the Contract specifications and the Certificate of Guarantee, inspect those areas at a mutually convenient time, carry out without charge such re-coating as may be necessary providing that:
  • The material has been applied to one of the following surfaces: concrete, brick, cement rendering, pebbledash, stone or stucco & masonry paint.
  • The damage has not been caused by failure of the surface to which the material has been applied or by any chemical efflorescence from such surface.
  • The material has not been subjected to any physical or mechanical damage after application.
  • This Guarantee is conditional upon the holder allowing the Company (or our appointed representative) to inspect the property at five and ten year intervals. It is the holder’s responsibility to arrange the inspection 4 weeks prior to each inspection interval. There will be a nominal charge of 1.5% of the contract value (min £100).
  • The client shall retain any pre-existing rights by common law or by statue not with-standing the term of the Certificate of Guarantee, which shall be regarded as in addition to and in diminution of such rights.
  • The Guarantee is transferable to any new owner of the property in question within the guarantee period. Notice of transfer of Guarantee needs to be given within one month of completion of any sale.
  • Any claim under this Guarantee must be made in writing to the Company within 14 days of any defects becoming apparent.
  • Garden walls, chimneys, balustrades, pool walls, garages, windowsills, plinths, second colours, any area that doesn’t have a damp course and any additional out-houses are not covered under the Guarantee.
  • As with all rendering and coating works occasionally light shadowing and minor undulation in certain lights can sometimes be visible.
  • If site attendance proves that any remedial / faults are not due to the Company’s works, a call out charge will be applicable.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check off the finalised works at each stage with the Applicator.
  • We spray where physically possible, but on occasions where access is difficult, we will roller apply the product, we may also do this in certain weather conditions.
